Rainy Weekend

Yuck, what a cruddy, rainy weekend. We had plans to go to the Hemker Wildlife Zoo for their Fall Extravaganza, but it literally rained all weekend long. I think Teague is beginning to go stir crazy. I have no idea what we will do when the weather gets cold! I think we will spend a lot of time with Daddy in the gym with his team while they practice.

I met my best friend Beth out for dinner and a movie on Saturday night. Originally we were going to get together with our kids and then decided we have not had much of any time together without our kids lately. It is plain just too hard to really get to visit when you are constantly watching kids, so we left the kids at home and went out. It was so fun - I think I need Girls' Nights more often!

Some "down time" to read, and read some more and read some more - this seems to be Teague's favorite thing (reading books).

And after all of that he was hungry, so he helped himself to some snacks while I started dinner.
