Preschool!

My baby boy started preschool today! I told him earlier this summer that I might cry when he goes to preschool. He wanted to know why and I told him it's because he's growing up so fast but I would only cry a little bit and then I would be happy. Ever since then he's been telling everyone "Mommy's taking me to preschool! She's going to cry, but only a little!" I hope he wasn't disappointed that I didn't cry!

He just ran into his room, hung up his coat and backpack, let me snap a few pictures and off he went. He reported having a great time and I did hear at least 3 times that he had a snack (important stuff). We have 2 HS students that help in his class so we get a better report from them; i.e. when the kids were discussing shapes, specifically rectangles, he told one of the HS girls "That looks like a chocolate candy bar. We have a lot of chocolate at our house!"
