I am not sure that Teague was too keen on it, I think because it was so noisy and not in a good way. It was super humid in there and the noise was so loud and echo-y that you couldn't hear what anyone was saying to you unless they were less than a foot away. We thought he wasn't feeling well because he just wanted to be held and then would just lay his head on your shoulder and snuggle. But the second we walked out into the hallway he was kicking his legs and laughing! We did take him on the lazy river, which he was sort of okay with, but DID NOT like it when we got hit by the waterfall. That really made him mad - especially when I think he was a bit scared anyway. That was on Sunday - Monday he was a little better about being in there, but we just let him sit in the kid's area in the water that was about a foot deep and he loved playing in there, as long as we were right next to him! I did take him in the big pool and dunk him (which probably wasn't very nice since he was feeling a bit uneasy anyway), but he did okay.
Here are a few pics; one of Teague snuggling and trying to feel secure, one of Kris, Aaron and Chase in the lazy river, and one of Teague playing in the pool. He loved playing with and watching Chase.

We booked a night there for March, but then ended up moving it to the new Holiday Inn in Maple Grove. The HI is supposed to be a little smaller & hopefully nice & clean! :o)
We took my nephew there (well the one in Alexandria) for his 5th Bday, but the little midget was too short for the big ones, so his 8 yr. old brother maybe loved it more than him): It was too funny- the adults were resting watching Corbin go up the gagillion stairs and down the slides by himself over and over and over (it was a Mon and we were literally the only ones in there) Until, finally the life guard must have been concerned about the lag in his routine and was hanging her head over the top deck trying to see him on the stairs or where he went and we discovered his little legs could not make it anymore he was resting holding his thighs between every stair! LOL(: what a wimp... His Dad made him stop and he didn't know why. We had to bring to his attention that he couldn't even make it up the stairs anymore!
That's so great you've taken him there! Don't you love the snuggle time? K likes to rest her head on our shoulders when she's extra snuggly and when she's meeting someone she's kinda shy about! I love it!
